Regardless of the appointed destinations, all shipments will be sent from Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia.
Orders cannot be shipped if payment problems occur.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All domestic and international sales are final and non-returnable. Exchange for international and domestic sales are only available for requests regarding sizes.

The stated return and exchange policies are applicable to any use and/or order placement of Jessica Priscilla Shoes. Once payment is received, all transactions are final and cancelation of transactions is prohibited.

Jessica Priscilla Shoes will not receive any return and/or exchange request regarding color and design issues, as long as the description of item(s) received by customers are according to the order placement and product description stated in the transaction receipt.

Return and exchange requests are not available for international customers.

Return and exchange requests for domestic customers are available for issues regarding sizes, with each request assessed case by case by Jessica Priscilla Shoes. Return and/or exchange requests on domestic orders are to be sent directly to customercare@jessicapriscilla.com. Jessica Priscilla Shoes reserved the rights to approve or reject any return or exchange request based on case by case assessment. Customers are fully liable to bear all additional costs incurred to complete the return and exchange process, including return and exchange fees and shipping costs.

Should errors regarding size, color and/or design occur that are outside of the agreed order placement and product description as stated in the transaction receipt, customers can contact Jessica Priscilla Shoes to process the return and/or exchange request further.
